our spare parts service

Our spare parts service is used when you need to request specific spare parts or when the need arises from a technical consultation. We usually deliver parts in stock within 24 hours to you or to your workshop. When replacing warranty parts, we initially provide the service and send you the new part as quickly as possible. A return delivery note and return documents are enclosed with the delivery so that you can conveniently return defective parts to us. A call to UPS or Go! Express & Logistics is all it takes for the return goods to be picked up from you free of charge at the agreed time. When warranty parts are delivered in accordance with the warranty conditions, the replacement is of course at our expense.

  • On request, guaranteed delivery on the following working day
  • Returning old parts is easy and free: just give us a call!
  • Delivery by UPS or Go! Express & Logistics – for the highest delivery performance
