Your construction meeting / vehicle handover
We welcome you to WAS and look forward to our meeting to discuss the construction project and hand over the vehicle. To ensure that your arrival and the proceedings on site run smoothly, here is a brief overview of all the relevant information – from directions and registration to safety information, Wi-Fi, catering and quick links. Below you will also find the planned schedule for your appointment. Depending on the project status and coordination requirements, individual programme items may be subject to slight changes in timing. The responsible contact person will accompany you throughout the appointment and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
What to expect from us:
- Arrival & registration at reception
- Construction meeting/vehicle presentation (goals, requirements, current status, open issues)
- Tour of the vehicle (details on site, options, next decisions)
- Lunch together
- Final discussion & outlook on the next steps (summary, to-dos, timing, further appointments)

Visitor parking spaces are available in front of the main entrance. Upon arrival, please report to reception at the main entrance. The reception team will inform the relevant contact person, who will welcome you and accompany you throughout your appointment.
Safety instructions
The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority.
Please note the following information during your stay:
- Production and workshop areas may only be entered when accompanied by a member of staff.
- Personal protective equipment (e.g. high-visibility vest, safety shoes) may be required.
- The instructions of our employees must be followed at all times.
- Photography in certain areas is only permitted with prior consent.

WIFI, Catering & Social Media
To ensure that you are well equipped during your stay, here you will find the most important information about guest Wi-Fi, catering, and guidelines for the use of photos, videos, and social media. The details are clearly summarised in the three sections below.
WI-FI access
Guest Wi-Fi is available for the duration of your stay. Access is via a QR code or Wi-Fi voucher, which can be obtained from reception or your contact person. The reception team will be happy to help with any questions you may have.
Catering
Your physical well-being will be taken care of. Lunch together is included in the programme. Please let us know in advance if you have any food intolerances or special dietary requirements so that we can take these into account.
Social Media
During your visit, photographs and videos may be taken for our corporate communications. If you do not consent to their use, please inform us in advance or on site. Further information can be found in our data protection information.

Throughout your stay, a designated contact person will be available to assist you and serve as your primary point of contact. Upon your arrival, the reception team will inform the designated contact person, who will then welcome you, guide you through your appointment and assist you with any questions you may have.
