WAS 500 Bariatric Ambulance
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Box Body 5 T
Applying cutting-edge production methods and long-term experience, the bariatric ambulance combines optimal use of space in the patient compartment, with the highest level of safety and up-to-date technology. The warning and signalling technology, along with the surround lighting using LED technology, ensure maximum visibility in all directions n traffic and the optimal safeguarding of deployment sites. Thanks to an innovative livery design with neon-coloured and retro-reflective elements, along with the 6 flashing blue LEDs in the front section, an increased level of safety is guaranteed, especially at junctions. In addition to this, numerous LED lights as interior lighting over the work areas and above the Powerload system ensure optimal working conditions. The operation panel in the area of the left attendant’s seat enable the control of all central functions, including while driving, as the emergency personnel can remain seated and wearing safety belt in while activating the controls. The intercom system supports verbal communication and is also possible between the paramedic on the left side and the driver.
