The WAS 300 Type B ambulance combines proven WAS quality with a particularly lightweight and flexible vehicle concept. Based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 319 CDI, this ambulance offers maximum safety, ergonomics, and efficiency with a gross vehicle weight of only 3.5 tons—meaning it can be driven with a standard driver's license (Class B). Despite its low weight, the WAS 300 impresses with full equipment in accordance with EN 1789 Type B and state-of-the-art vehicle technology. Well-thought-out room layout, ergonomic workstations, and innovative lightweight components create ideal conditions for fast, safe, and efficient operations – both in urban and rural areas. Its high-quality interior offers optimal working conditions for the rescue team and maximum comfort for the patient.
