The WAS 500 Ambulance Type C based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 519 CDI sets new standards in functionality, ergonomics, and safety. The vehicle was developed for professional rescue services and emergency operations and complies with the EN 1789 Type C standard and European whole vehicle approval.
With a gross vehicle weight of 5 tons, a 140 kW (190 hp) engine, and a 9-speed automatic transmission, the WAS 500 offers outstanding driving characteristics – whether in heavy city traffic or on long journeys.
