On 1 August, the time had come for our new apprentices and dual students to start their professional lives. Already an exciting day for all of us, we went straight on our first trip. We set off for the Vonovia Ruhrstadion with our 8 new recruits and started the first day together with the 62 trainees from Fahrzeug-Werke LUEG AG in NRW. The plan included getting to know each other and general introductions to everyday work. The next day was just as exciting and we visited various sites on the Tour de LUEG. At the end of the week, we were launched into the world of WAS. In addition to some training sessions, all our trainees had the opportunity to network with each other and get to know their colleagues. We extend a warm welcome to all trainees and wish them a successful start to their training!
