Last week, we were visited by a delegation from Hong Kong, consisting of representatives from our local partner MAN Truck and Bus Hong Kong Limited, the purchasing company EMSD and our end customer, the Hong Kong Fire Service (FSD), for the inspection of a new WAS 500 infection ambulance.
Part of the programme also included a visit to the Cologne Fire Brigade for a basic exchange of experiences on the treatment of highly infectious patients in the rescue service and to view the Cologne Fire Brigade's infection ambulance.
We will now soon start building the second I-RTW for the Hong Kong fire brigade. Once both vehicles have arrived at the customer's premises, our colleagues will be travelling to Hong Kong to explain the complex vehicles to the local personnel and train them accordingly.
